About Me

Hi! I’m Heather. I'm a thought leadership and strategic communications leader with over a decade of experience building award-winning programs that translate complex ideas into high-impact content. I build and manage programs that deliver results, increase awareness and affinity, and shape conversations.

Currently, I'm Director of Research & Thought Leadership at CPA Ontario, where I lead thought leadership strategy, support public policy advocacy, and produce high-profile events featuring government officials and industry leaders.

Previously, I built thought leadership programs at Alteryx, DataRobot, and Rackspace Technology. My work has earned two Digiday Content Marketing Awards and a Webby nomination for video content.

I hold an MA in Communications from Concordia University and a BA (Honours) in Classical Studies and Art History from the University of Toronto.
